“Me and my husband stayed here for 2 nights and onestly it was even better than we expected. First of all the room was renovated so everything was new and in perfect shape, the bathroom was huge and spotless. What we liked the most was that everything was very clean, the staff was polite and let's not forget about the fact that every room has it's own coffee machine ”

La struttura è moderna pulita anche se la moquette in camera ha qualche macchia ma è normale , letto e bagno comodi e colazione compresa abbondante anche se molto americana . Bacon croccantissimo e favoloso caffè e succo arancia a volontà. Per raggiungerlo chiamate un Uber dall’aeroporto non prendete i taxi perché vi fanno pagare il doppio ”

We had been waiting for 1 hour before the arrival of the Ramada transfer. After long overseas flights the clients MUST be informed that the waiting time for the transfer is 1 hour. Other (cheaper!) hotels in the area offer much better service. And Uber is a good option for such a short distance. About the rooms, my room had a very bad smell. I will choose a different...

"La cassaforte non funzionava e non hanno posto rimedio nonostante la segnalazione. La macchina del caffè utilizza filtri che non si trovano in nessun negozio della zona e ne danno solo due in dotazione! L’ascensore era rotto e il conseguente via vai sulle scale creava molto rumore e disagio. Il servizio clienti è responsivo, ma a un certo punto ti inviano messaggi standard tipo intelligenza artificiale che non rimediano in alcun modo alle problematiche segnalate. La posizione però è unica. "

"Pool is nice but area not too clean, seaters are worn. Location near the water very nice, balcony in the room with seeview pleasant. Room big enough but queen beds are not so confortable for two, barhroom quite small. Services are quite scarce (only one cleaning in 4 night after asking several times). Personnel at desk not over friendly but ok. In general good location for Miami Beach, ypu need the car to go anywhere but parking available and free"

"A beautiful property in an excellent location, but poorly managed. There’s zero customer care, with inexperienced staff and a management team disinterested in problem-solving — treating guests as if they were staying for free. The restaurant staff, however, are outstanding.
Key issues included my room key deactivating an hour after check-in. The receptionist made me wait in line behind six other guests before addressing it, and only after a manager intervened was I asked for ID — which was locked in my room. I had to retrieve a copy of my passport from my phone to get a new key.
We moved chairs in the lobby to accommodate our group of six, only to be told at departure to return them. One day, three of our rooms were not cleaned, and the response when I called was shockingly indifferent.
The lack of professionalism and staff training was evident. The cold, unsmiling checkout experience summed it up. Despite reporting issues through Expedia, no one from management reached out to apologize.
It’s a shame, as the potential is there, but the guest experience is seriously lacking with one star services."
"Hotel datato sebbene non mancasse di nulla. La camera era spaziosa ed i letti comodi ma il bagno era piccolo, la porta non si chiudeva perche il legno gonfiato da umidità.

"Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti presso questo caratteristico hotel in piena Ocean Drive. Posizione spettacolare, fronte oceano e fronte giardini tropicali. Le camere sono datate ma confortevoli, minimali, mediamente pulite ma silenziose e letti comodi. Il personale è stato molto disponibile e cortese nel supportarci e risolvere un paio di piccoli problemini prontamente ed immediatamente risolti senza battere ciglio. Ottima la colazione (a pagamento) e la possibilità di poterla consumare all'aperto. Molto interessante il servizio di fornitura dei teli mare e delle seggioline per poter andare in spiaggia. "
"Terrible experience. The room was clean, but bathroom had all taps very old and that lost water.
But what blew my mind is that even after paying for everything during booking, they charged me an extra 102$ saying I had to pay taxes for having a frigobar, resort and all other things I didn't even use.
They also charged me a "service fee" of 80$ that I have no idea what's about. I got in touch, so far no reply."
